The problem
Service businesses and workshops in Norway needed a single platform for booking, branch management, POS, and compliant invoicing - but every tool on the market was either too generic, not Norwegian-aware, or stitched together from 4 SaaS subscriptions. Operators were juggling spreadsheets, paper receipts, and manual KID-formatted invoices.
What I built
Multi-tenant from day 1
Stancl Tenancy with isolated tenant databases. Branches share customers and gift cards but staff, inventory, and operations stay scoped per branch with role + permission controls.
Public booking + scheduling
Theme-customizable public booking pages, advanced staff availability overrides, Norwegian licence-plate lookup (Statens vegvesen) for car workshops, and a customer portal with auth and appointment tracking.
Norwegian payments + compliance
Nexi recurring subscription billing, KID/VAT-compliant invoicing with bank details, Sveve SMS + email reminders with fallback delivery. GDPR-friendly architecture for the Norwegian market.
Operations + admin
Integrated POS pulling line items from appointments, multi-branch inventory, superadmin dashboard for tenants/plans/billing/notifications, fully bilingual (English + Norwegian Bokmål).
